Details of Two-position honey tank stand

Filling jars with the honey tank perched on the edge of a table is awkward and risky: the gate sits too low, the jar won’t fit underneath and you end up decanting with your back bent or balancing the tank. This stand lifts the honey tank to the right height for filling, leaves room for the jar under the gate and — its main asset — lets you set the honey tank in two positions: upright for normal filling and tilted to drain the honey from the bottom without leaving a single kilo stuck to the walls.

⚙️ Two positions: fill upright, drain tilted

The idea behind the name. With the honey tank upright you fill as usual while there is honey level. When the level drops and the gate starts spitting air, you move the honey tank to the tilted position: the honey pools towards the outlet and keeps flowing clean and steady to the end. You recover the last kilos from the bottom instead of leaving them stuck or having to tilt the tank by hand.

🍯 The right height to fill standing up

It raises the honey tank until the gate sits at a comfortable height, with the jar or bucket centred right underneath. No more resting the tank on the table edge or filling bent over: you work standing, with both hands free to cap, lift and swap containers — which is where you really save time over a bottling session.

The seat takes honey tanks from Ø27 to Ø40 cm, covering the maturation tanks and buckets most common in the honey house. The structure is rated for loads of up to 100 kg, so it holds a full honey tank without sagging. It assembles with its screws in a few minutes and, being plastic, it will not rust or stain even if honey drips on it or you hose it down.
