Portable Queen Incubator 12V – 45 Cells with Digital Temperature Control

In professional beekeeping, queen rearing requires not only skill, but also a reliable system for safe transport and maturation. This portable 45-cell incubator, powered by 12V DC (car cigarette lighter), is designed to safely move queen cells between apiaries or from the incubator to the hive and vice versa.

What problem does it solve?
When working with queen cells—either during grafting or before introducing virgin queens—the main risk is damage from vibration, thermal shock or temperature fluctuations. This incubator keeps the internal temperature between 33 and 35 °C, the optimal range for successful emergence, ensuring safe transfer without stress.

Being powered by a car’s 12V socket makes it ideal for remote locations without electricity. It keeps the cells warm and protected during transport, preserving the queens’ viability until they are ready to emerge or be introduced into the hive.

How does it work?
Inside, it includes a tray with 45 cavities (Ø16 x 60 mm) to hold each queen cell individually. The foam lining and rugged outer case protect the contents from shock and movement. The IC-03 digital controller allows temperature adjustment with ±0.3 °C accuracy.

Simply connect it to your car using the 160 cm lighter plug cable. The incubator heats gradually to the target temperature and maintains it evenly. Its insulation keeps the heat stable even during long drives.
