This honey has not been pasteurized or treated at high temperatures. TRAITS Spanish orange blossom honey has some characteristics that make it a unique honey. Very light color. On the nose it gives off a floral aroma, with a clear, intense and persistent component of methyl anthranilate. In the mouth it is sweet, with a clear acid component, very marked. With the temperature this honey can crystallize, although by the characteristics of this one, a slow crystallization takes place and in fine crystals, except if it is rich in radish. KITCHEN Orange blossom honey combines well with hot milk, infusions, dairy products, canned anchovies, duck meat stews and soft ice creams.
