Uncapping tub measuring 39 × 40 × 60 cm with a spike support that lets you work on one side of the frame and then turn it.
The set includes a filtering upper tub, a lower collection tank and a honey gate. It is a compact station for collecting cappings and attached honey without installing a permanent uncapping bench.
01 · USE
The central spike acts as a pivot: position the frame, uncap one face and rotate it to reach the other. The benefit is not speed at any cost, but keeping the comb inside the tub perimeter so that wax and honey do not end up on the worktop.
02 · CONSTRUCTION
Pieces of capping remain in the filtering tub while the attached honey drains into the lower container. The honey gate allows it to be drawn off without dismantling the unit. This is a first-stage separation; it does not replace any settling or final filtration your honey requires before bottling.
03 · CAPACITY
It is well suited to small and medium apiaries where frames are uncapped in batches rather than on a continuous line. Drain all the honey before it crystallises in the gate, remove wax from the filter and wash the parts after use. Store the set dry and with the gate passage clear.
