Details of Anti-vibration Bushing for honey extractors

Rubber anti-vibration mount for fitting beneath the legs of a compatible honey extractor.

The elastic body damps some of the vibration transmitted to the floor and helps reduce movement and structure-borne noise. Available in two sizes, MEDI and MAXI.

01 · GAUGE

Select by base, height and fixing

MEDI: Ø40 mm lower base and an approximate height of 23 mm. MAXI: Ø60 mm lower base and an approximate height of 13 mm. In both cases the published thread size is between 7 and 8 mm. Before ordering, measure the leg fixing and the available clearance.

02 · ASSEMBLY

Fit uniformly

Use equivalent mounts on every leg and keep the extractor vertical. Check tightness periodically and replace the component if the rubber develops cracks, permanent deformation or separation from the fixing.

⚠ PRECAUTIONS

Does not replace balancing the extractor. An anti-vibration mount absorbs vibration but cannot correct an unbalanced load. Distribute frames of similar weight symmetrically, work on a firm, level floor and increase speed gradually. If the extractor moves or knocks, stop it and redistribute the load.
