🌸 Orange blossom honey from the Valencia orchards

Valencian orange blossom is the bloom that gave its name to the perfume: in April, the orange, lemon and mandarin trees across the orchards of Castellón, Valencia and Alicante burst into white flower and the bees forage nonstop while it lasts. The resulting honey has a very pale amber colour, an unmistakable floral aroma and a delicate flavour with a subtle citrus finish. It crystallises slowly, so it stays liquid for months —key in glass jars, where transparency is part of the appeal.
