Details of Smoker bottom grid

Internal grate with a diameter of 95 mm to raise the fuel above the base of the smoker. The perforated plate, the three legs and the central support create a lower chamber for air intake and separate some of the ash from the material that is still burning.

🔥 Helps to keep the fire well-ventilated

Place it with the legs resting on the base and load the fuel on top, without compacting it to the point of blocking all the air passages. The grate improves airflow from the bellows, but does not compensate for damp fuel, overloading or a blocked air inlet.

⚠️ Measure the interior, not the outer diameter

Before purchasing, check the usable diameter inside the chamber and the space left by the cone, the bellows and the base. Some units may be too loose or too large for compact smokers. Once cool, remove it to clear out ash and check the legs, perforations and central screw.
