Silicone sleeve that insulates the InstantVap and catches spilled acid.

It does two things at once, and both matter: it holds the chamber temperature between doses and it catches the acid you spill while loading, before it reaches the body of the unit.

01 · IN USE

Less heat lost is less battery spent

By cutting the thermal loss, the chamber recovers faster between hives and the unit draws less from the battery to get back up to temperature. On cold or windy days — which is when you treat — the difference shows in how many hives one charge gives you.

02 · IN USE

Spilled acid stays on the silicone, not in the unit

Loading the dispenser with gloves on and a hive in front of you does not always go cleanly. The sleeve catches what falls, so the acid does not end up between the parts of the vaporiser. You pull it off, rinse it and put it back: cleaning the sleeve is far easier than cleaning the equipment.

03 · BEFORE YOU BUY

It is for the standard-body InstantVap. If yours is the Lite, its insulation reinforcement is a different part, the insulating sleeve.
