When preparing feed for your hives, energy alone isn’t enough. Micronutrients help colonies cope with stress (poor nectar flow, moving hives, wintering). Ascorbic Acid acts as a natural antioxidant, improving syrup stability and helping keep feed in good condition.
Use it in sugar syrups and protein patties to reduce unwanted fermentation and support overall hive welfare.
Directions: add 2 g per 100 kg of prepared feed (syrup or dough). Small dose, practical effect on preservation.
