Quickly recovers honey from cappings using centrifugal force. 550 W motor, 230 V, 2” valve. Stainless steel drum and food-grade plastic basket.
When uncapping large numbers of frames, wax cappings retain a significant amount of honey. Letting them drain by gravity is slow and inefficient. This electric capping spinner is designed to quickly extract residual honey from cappings using centrifugal force, without heating or damaging the product.
Made entirely of acid-resistant stainless steel, with a food-grade plastic basket inside, this spinner ensures hygiene, durability and easy cleaning. The spinning basket separates honey from the wax efficiently, even with dense honeys like heather or chestnut.
It features a 550 W motor powered by standard 230 V single-phase current. The control panel includes a speed selector and emergency stop button, all housed in a protective metal casing.
The honey is collected at the bottom and discharged through a 2” drain valve, allowing connection to settling tanks, filters or buckets.
Why use a capping spinner? It helps recover 10–20% more honey than passive draining. It speeds up the workflow and avoids fermentation issues from wet cappings.
