Ø 400-600 MM IN THE SMALL VERSION (W3306) | Ø 500-700 MM IN THE LARGE ONE (W33060) |
Stainless BOLTED TRIANGULATED STRUCTURE, ACCORDING TO LYSON | 1 STAND FOR EVERY TANK IN THE RANGE |
Lyson stainless steel stand for honey tanks, settling tanks and cylindrical vessels, with arms that open or close on bolts to fit the diameter of the base: two versions, Ø 400 to 600 mm (W3306) and Ø 500 to 700 mm (W33060). One stand for several tanks, and the one that still fits when you change tank. Bolted triangulated structure; supplied unassembled.
Fixed stands are bought by diameter and pile up with every new tank: here the diameter adjusts, and the same stand moves from the settling tank to the big honey tank.
01 · HOW IT ADJUSTS
The support arms are bolted onto slotted profiles: loosen the nuts, open or close until the tank sits centred on the three supports and tighten. The load spreads evenly, which is what avoids vibration when opening the tap and rocking with the tank full. Set once per tank; changing from one to another takes a few minutes with a spanner.
02 · WHICH TANKS FIT
The base diameter rules, not the kilos on the label. The small version covers Ø 400 to 600 mm: the house tanks of 100 to 300 kg; the large one, Ø 500 to 700 mm: those of 300 to 500 kg, like the SAF 400 (381), Ø 630. The ZERO 500 (1363), Ø 700, sits at the limit of the large one and has a conical bottom: ask us before ordering it for that tank. If the tank falls between the two versions, the small one holds tighter and the large one leaves room to grow.
03 · THE MATERIAL AND THE HEIGHT
Stainless steel profiles with bolted joints and a triangulated structure: it spreads the load between arms and legs, does not give with the tank full and stands the damp of the honey room and washing with hot water and detergent. It raises the tank just enough to get a bucket, a straining tray or a filler underneath without bending or improvising with blocks. For tanks under Ø 400 there are the fixed stands by diameter (2595, 2940) and the two-position one (3264).
04 · BEFORE YOU BUY
The stand is supplied unassembled with its bolts, in the chosen version; the tank comes separately.
