NICOT® cup holder bar for organising a queen-rearing batch on a wooden grafting bar. It is not a loose cup or a cage: it is the holder that receives the queen cups and keeps the row of queen cells tidy inside the rearing frame.
The bar has 11 cup positions for compatible cups. It helps you run small or medium grafting batches without placing each cup in an improvised way on the wooden bar.
The current product record indicates fixing onto a 16 mm wide wooden bar. That is the key fit to check before building the queen-rearing frame.
As a plastic part, it can be reused across batches. As with any grafting material, acceptance depends on young larvae, nurse bees, feed, temperature and handling, not on the bar alone.
