Reinforced stainless steel uncapping bench 1500mm MINIMA

When you arrive at the honey room with supers stacked and frames dripping honey, the uncapping bench becomes your command center. If the tank is small, flimsy or hard to empty, you notice it straight away: cappings pile up, honey doesn’t drain properly and the floor gets stickier by the minute.

This 1500 mm reinforced uncapping bench is designed exactly for that scenario: high-volume harvests, heavy frames and long days. The 1.5 m length lets you stage frames from several hives and keep uncapping while the extractor is running, setting up a continuous workflow where frames arrive at the bench, are uncapped and go straight into the extractor without bottlenecks.

The large tank is made entirely of food-grade stainless steel, providing a clean, durable surface that is easy to wash down at the end of the day.

Inside, a stainless steel mesh filter works as a first strainer: cappings and wax pieces stay on top while honey settles at the bottom of the bench, ready to be transferred to the settling tank.

The frame holder, also in stainless steel, is designed for working with a knife or uncapping fork, keeping frames in a comfortable and stable position.

The structure is reinforced to safely carry the weight of several full frames plus the mass of cappings and honey. The legs are made of painted steel, offering good stability and mechanical strength.

The conical bottom with drain guides all the honey towards the outlet valve, making it easy to empty the bench completely and speed up cleaning between batches.
