Honey Filling DANA® api MATIC 1000

The Swienty gear pump is made of food-grade plastic and stainless steel components and can be disassembled and cleaned quickly. The pump head is self-priming with most media (after initial priming of the pump head). The pump head is very rugged and has, despite the use of plastics, an exceptionally long lifetime.

The Swienty dosing electronics manage to dose, pumping, and the anti-drip function. The filling range can be adjusted freely between 20 g with a dosing precision of +/-1%. The exact weight/volume can be adjusted at any time through a simple calibration routine. To prevent drips, an electronic anti-drip routine is combined with mechanical anti-drip nozzles. Further, the electronics have 20 memory slots to store weight, filling speed, anti-drip, various timers, and individual LOG's.

The machine works very accurately with a dosing precision of +/-1% and a filling capacity of 200 liters of honey per hour. As a pump, the device works in both directions and can easily be adjusted to different speeds and for different filling materials.

The DANA API MATIC 1000 is powered by a reliable DC motor in combination with our dosing electronics.

The machine ships ready to use with all necessary fittings, cut-off nozzle, foot pedal, and hose.

WHY BUY DANA?

They can pump the honey out of a container, both standing on the ground or higher on a stand.

You can cream the honey by pumping it through the filling machine a few times, that way you get silky honey.

Our DANA API MATIC 1000, for example, has paid itself after filling 8000 - 10,000 filled jars, because of the accuracy, to avoid "giving away" the honey

They are produced, mounted and tested at our workshop here in Ragebol 90% of the parts in a DANA API MATIC come from workshops in Denmark, northern Germany, and southern Sweden

They are extremely easy to clean. Simply loosen the hand mountable nuts  and the pump head can be removed and washed (also in a dishwasher)

No tools are needed to clean the machine You can easily upgrade at any time, with an automatic turntable (45cm, 70cm, or 100cm). Just insert a plug from the table into the machine

The machine is shipped in specially developed transporting boxes so that it is secured during transport. You can easily start using the machine in a very short time using our illustrative guide. In our experience, 99% of all customers can use the machine themselves using the instructions we send
