Continuous wax separator LEGA

Cappings fall on a grid through which warm water (80°C) is circulated and are thus melted. Liquid wax is now easily separated from the honey. Water at two different temperatures is used for heating: this avoids overheating the honey while the melted wax is collected in small containers to shape it in rectangular blocks.
